Terms of Service

We design, build, and maintain websites and web applications for small businesses. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing for any engagement are described in a written proposal or statement of work that we send you before any work begins.

A free mockup is exactly that — free. There is no obligation to hire us, no automatic billing, and no hidden terms. We retain ownership of mockups we create until you hire us; if you do not move forward, please do not use the mockup elsewhere.

Handoff projects: payment terms are set in the proposal, typically a deposit to begin and the balance on launch. Managed monthly plans: billed monthly in advance, cancel any time with 30 days notice. Late payments may pause work.

When a handoff project is paid in full, you own the website files, content, and design. On managed plans, you license the site for the duration of your subscription; if you cancel, we will transfer files to you on request.

You are responsible for the accuracy and rights of any text, images, or other content you provide. You confirm you have permission to use everything you give us.

Do not use ridgelineweb.co or services we provide to break the law, send spam, infringe copyright, or attack other systems. We may suspend service for violations.

We work hard to deliver quality work, but the site and our services are provided "as is" without warranty. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Either side can end an engagement with notice as defined in the proposal. You will be billed for work completed up to that point.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. Any disputes will be resolved in courts located in Floyd County, Indiana.

We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated version.
